Financial Director

Financial Director for a Russian fintech group in micro-lending, remote, with experience in MFC/MCC, salary discussed individually.

Conduct audit and diagnostics of the current financial function, form and implement an improvement plan. Ensure attraction of bank funding, opening and expansion of credit lines - this is the priority task of the role. Negotiate with banks, prepare necessary financial models, calculations and materials for obtaining financing. Ensure preparation of management reporting for CEO and shareholders: P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, plan-fact analysis. Participate in budgeting, financial planning and tax planning. Control RAS, tax accounting and compliance with legislation for MFC/MCC. Ensure compliance with Bank of Russia requirements and regulations, interaction with SRO and Federal Tax Service.

Experience as CFO, Head of Finance or Financial Director from 5 years. Experience in the Russian financial sector: banks, MFO, MCC, BNPL or fintech. Experience in a business with a portfolio from 2 billion rubles and annual issuance volume from 3 billion rubles. Practical experience in attracting bank funding, opening and expanding credit lines. Deep understanding of the financial specifics of MFO/MCC. Knowledge of Bank of Russia requirements for MFO/MCC, regulations, provisioning, and experience interacting with SRO and Federal Tax Service. Experience in preparing management reporting: P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, plan-fact analysis. Strong negotiation skills, especially with banks.

Fully remote work from any point in Russia. Official employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. Need for personal presence at individual meetings with banks. Income level is discussed individually based on interviews and depends on experience and candidate expectations. Annual bonus is provided, the size of which depends on achieving goals for net profit of the MCC block and personal KPIs. An additional bonus is also possible if target indicators are exceeded.
