Financial Director / CFO

CFO for foreign manufacturing holding in Moscow. Requires experience as CFO in European/American manufacturing company with production in Russia, revenue from 7 billion RUB, 500+ staff, fluent English.

Mandatory: - Experience as CFO in Moscow in a European or American manufacturing company with own production in Russia with business volumes from 7 billion RUB per year; - Headcount in Russia: 500+ people; - Fluent English (confident Upper-Intermediate or higher). Professional competencies: - Experience in financial reporting automation, financial function transformation; - Successful experience in passing tax and audit inspections; IFRS; - Strategic modeling and data visualization (Power BI); - Excellent knowledge of 1C. Important: Do not apply if: - Your experience is in Russian holdings without international presence and IFRS reporting; - You worked in construction, banking, sales companies, or other areas without production in Russia; - Business volume < 7 billion RUB or headcount < 500 people.
