Financial Director / CFO

Financial Director / CFO for a development company in Moscow. Responsible for attracting and managing bank financing, financial modeling, negotiations with banks. Competitive salary discussed individually.

Responsibilities: - Organize attraction and support of bank financing: project financing of development projects, investment lending, short-term lending and revolving credit lines, limits on bank guarantees. - Prepare and defend financial models before banks. - Negotiate with banks on structure, cost and terms of financing. - Monitor compliance with covenants and other terms of credit documentation. - Refinance and optimize the structure of the debt portfolio.

Requirements: - Experience as a financial director in a development company for at least 5 years with a complex project structure. - Significant practical experience in attracting bank financing. - Experience in project financing and structuring credit transactions. - Strong competence in financial modeling.

High income level will be discussed individually.
