Financial Director | CFO

Seeking a strong CFO with finance mindset and hard skills to turn financial data into business decisions. Moscow.

We are looking for a strong CFO who can not only 'collect reports' but also turn financial data into a tool for making business decisions. We need a person with a strong finance mindset, deep hard skills, and experience in a complex financial environment.

1. Financial reporting & accounting 2. Analytics 3. Financial modelling 4. Investment & business cases 5. Professional background Mandatory experience in one of: Big Four; financial organization/bank; leasing company; large company with developed financial function. CFA/ACCA is a big plus. Not just a 'financial director', but a business-oriented CFO - a person who is equally confident in reporting, analytics, and conversations with shareholders/CEO.
