Yassno is a video consultation service and a leader in the Russian Mental Health market. As CFO, you will: - Formulate and implement the company's financial strategy together with the CEO and shareholders - Manage financial planning, budgeting, and business forecasting - Ensure effective management of cash flows, liquidity, and financial stability - Develop management reporting and financial analytics systems for business decision-making - Manage financial, tax, and operational risks

We will work well together if you: - Have experience as CFO, Head of Finance, or Finance Director for 5+ years - Can build financial planning, budgeting, and management reporting processes - Have strong skills in financial modeling, analysis, and business performance evaluation - Understand management accounting principles, IFRS, and corporate finance - Have experience managing cash flows, liquidity, and financial risks
