Financial Director at Morozko, a major Russian frozen food producer, based in Saint Petersburg. Responsible for management reporting, financial modeling, cost optimization, risk control, and process automation.

Morozko is one of the largest producers of deep-frozen food products in Russia, with an annual output of more than 500 product items under brands such as Morozko, Caesar, Pelmenny Master, Rimio, Tsarskoye Podvorye, and Maslenitsa. The Financial Director will be responsible for the formation and analysis of management reporting, development of financial models, regular analysis of the company's economic activities, identification of cost optimization reserves, control of financial risks and development of hedging strategy, automation of financial processes, and implementation of BI tools.
