Financial Analyst position at Foxford. Responsibilities include building financial models, forecasting, budget planning, and business analysis. Requires 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or modeling. Remote work.

Responsibilities: - Build and develop financial models from scratch for a designated business unit (P&L, Cash Flow, unit economics); - Participate in short-term forecasting, rolling forecasts, and annual budgeting; - Conduct plan-fact analysis, analyze deviations in revenue and EBITDA; - Calculate financial effects of commercial and investment cases, new product launches; - Conduct business analysis (cohort analysis, LTV, CAC, unit economics); - Prepare analytical materials and participate in business reviews; - Automate models and dashboards in collaboration with BI, reducing manual work; - Build interaction with business leaders and manage the full financial cycle of the business unit.

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or financial modeling; - Proven experience in building financial models from scratch and understanding the full financial cycle of a business direction; - Experience with forecasts (rolling forecasts, budgeting) and ability to analyze deviations in revenue and EBITDA – understanding the cause, not just the number; - Familiarity with management accounting and reporting logic (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow); - Proficient in Excel and ability to build accurate, robust models; - Familiarity with product metrics (LTV, CAC, unit economics) and understanding of digital business operations; - Ability to structure data, formulate conclusions, and confidently defend calculations to the business; - Independent, systematic, and adaptable to changes.
