Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Wise Wolves, an international company in Cyprus, seeks a Financial Analyst with 5+ years of FP&A experience. Must be legally able to work in Cyprus. Salary in EUR/USD/crypto, annual bonus.

Wise Wolves is an international company developing corporate and financial services for clients from various countries. The company is scaling its financial direction and developing its own corporate neobank / financial infrastructure. We are looking for a strong FP&A specialist to help build a transparent financial analytics and reporting system. Responsibilities: — management reporting: P&L, plan/fact, variance analysis; — budgeting and forecasting; — financial modeling, cash flow and profitability; — analysis of revenue / costs / KPI / unit economics; — consolidation of data across legal entities, products, and directions; — development of allocation rules; — automation of financial data collection and processing; — participation in the development of financial systems and ERP; — work at the intersection of Finance and Treasury; — preparation of analytics for COO, CEO, and shareholders.

— 5+ years in FP&A / management reporting / financial control; — experience in fintech / financial services; — experience with multiple legal entities; — strong accounting background: understanding of trial balance, posting logic, and financial reporting; — strong financial modeling; — Excel — advanced; — SQL, Power BI / BI tools — desirable; — experience with ERP (1C, Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar); — English — professional, Russian — desirable; — systematic, independent, and strong analytical skills. Nice to have: digital assets, IFRS, regulated environment, ACCA / CIMA / CFA.
