International product IT company seeks a Financial Analyst in Limassol to focus on payment systems analytics and large data volumes. Tasks include payment efficiency, conversion, traffic, currency risks, and process improvement.

International product IT company is looking for a Financial Analyst to join its team in Limassol. The main focus of the role is payment systems analytics and working with large volumes of data. We are looking for someone who loves numbers, can find the reasons and patterns behind them, and wants to influence business results rather than just prepare reports. Responsibilities: - Analyze the efficiency of payment systems and aggregators; - Monitor conversion and distribution of payment traffic; - Analyze currency risks; - Collect, clean, and process large data sets; - Identify the causes of changes in metrics and form conclusions; - Interact with cross-functional teams and participate in process improvement. About 85% of tasks are related to payment systems analytics, and about 15% to currency risk analysis.

Experience in finance/financial or business analytics; Higher education in finance, economics, or a related field; Confident Excel skills: complex formulas, dynamic ranges, Power Query, Power Pivot; Experience working with large data sets; Understanding of statistics and strong analytical thinking; Ability to not just collect data but interpret it, find the causes of changes, and propose solutions; Self-sufficiency, attention to detail, and results orientation. Nice to have: - Experience with payment systems or payment aggregators; - Experience in a large international company, consulting, or Big4; - Python knowledge. We consider both experienced specialists and candidates with less experience if they have a strong foundation, motivation to learn, and a desire to develop in financial analytics.
