Financial Administrator
Financial Administrator vacancy in Limassol, Cyprus. Responsibilities include payment calendar management, invoice processing, and vendor interaction. Requires higher education or 1+ year of finance experience and B1 English.
Responsibilities: - Maintaining and updating the payment calendar (rent, common expenses, utility bills) - Entering requests into specialized software (monitoring request statuses) - Reconciling data between contracts and invoices - Verifying the correctness of primary documentation (invoices, acts, contracts) - Interacting with suppliers and contractors regarding payments - Providing financial managers, accountants, and auditors with necessary information on payments, primary documentation, and other administrator workflows upon request
Requirements: - Higher education (preferably in economics) or 1+ year of experience in finance - English language level - not lower than B1 - Proficient in: Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Adobe Acrobat Reader - Attention to detail, analytical thinking - Ability to work both in a team and independently - Results-oriented - Readiness to work in a dynamic environment - Knowledge of accounting software will be an advantage
