Senior functional architect for migration from 1C:UPP to 1C:ERP, focus on production accounting and cost calculation. Remote from Russia, full-time, salary 300,000-350,000 RUB net.

For a large project of migration from 1C:UPP to 1C:ERP / 1C:ERP.УХ, we require a functional architect / leading expert in production accounting, cost accounting, and cost calculation. Responsibilities include: defining how to implement existing UPP processes in the new system, comparing customer methodology with standard ERP mechanisms, proposing and comparing implementation options, determining where methodology changes vs. system modifications are needed, minimizing unjustified deviations from standard 1C architecture, assessing impact on month-end closing and performance, and forming functional architecture and quality development specifications.

Deep practical experience with 1C:ERP 2.x and/or 1C:ERP.УХ, understanding internal logic of cost accounting subsystem. Critical knowledge: production cost accounting mechanisms, cost distribution mechanisms, actual cost calculation algorithms, cost accounting analytics, structure and purpose of main accumulation and information registers, mechanisms of cost detailization to original costs, production documents and their movements, production stages mechanisms, 'Production without orders' scenario, month-end closing mechanisms for cost distribution and cost calculation, methods for diagnosing errors and incorrect cost calculation results. Architectural competencies: ability to compare customer methodology with standard ERP mechanisms, propose and compare implementation options, determine where methodology changes vs. system modifications are needed, minimize unjustified deviations from standard 1C architecture, assess impact on month-end closing, performance, and transparency, form functional architecture and quality specifications. Advantage: development experience on 1C platform. Ideal candidate is a functional architect / coding consultant able to read 1C code, analyze document posting algorithms, find register movements, understand standard cost distribution and calculation algorithms, localize errors with developers, and create prototypes or small modifications when needed.

Remote work (occasional travel to Moscow client may be required), full-time schedule, salary 300,000 - 350,000 RUB net per month.
