Executive Recruiter

We are looking for an Executive Recruiter for an EdTech company in Moscow. The role involves strategic partnership with the CEO to build a top-tier team and fill C-level positions. Remote work, flexible schedule, salary + bonus.

We are seeking an Executive Recruiter for a successful EdTech company undergoing a major transformation. The company is growing rapidly and launching new ventures, leading to a high volume of non-standard management roles. We need a recruiter who will become a strategic partner to the CEO and help assemble a top-tier team. This role is ideal for a recruiter interested in working with challenging management positions and unconventional profiles, where sometimes the first step is to figure out who the potential candidates might be in the market. Responsibilities: Fill C-level positions in marketing, promotion, content, and commercial functions. Direct track with the CEO: work closely with the business owner, acting as their "assessment center" and expert filter. Translate "vision" into numbers: help stakeholders turn vague ideas into clear, quantifiable search criteria. Analyze the market and form hypotheses about where the right specialists might be working. Independently source and attract candidates through various channels. Manage candidates through to offer acceptance. Typically, 1-4 vacancies are handled simultaneously, but each requires deep market immersion. These are roles for which there is often no obvious candidate pool, so it's important to be able to independently form search hypotheses and understand the market.

What's important for this role: Market insight: experience in EdTech, Fintech, startups, or top Executive Search agencies. Proven experience with TOP positions: multiple cases of filling Head of / Director level roles. Experience filling challenging, management, or niche roles. Ability to conduct in-depth briefings and work as a business partner at the CEO level. Skill in building search strategies and talent mapping. Soft Skills and Mental Fit: Personal maturity: ability to engage in dialogue with the CEO as an equal, readiness to challenge their ideas and defend your position with arguments. Structure and conciseness: the client values brief, clear, to-the-point information. Solid expertise, market insight, and network are important. Skill in deep reference checking: the CEO trusts recommendations, so the ability to gather quality feedback on candidates is a crucial tool. Readiness to work with flexibility and changing tasks.

Conditions: Direct work with the CEO. Remote format with a flexible schedule (with some flexibility regarding Moscow time). We value results, not hours spent. Salary + bonus for successful placements. Employment: Only under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (residency and registration in the Russian Federation are mandatory). DMS (Voluntary Medical Insurance), access to paid psychological consultations through the Alter service, training and courses upon request. Process: Minimal stages (2-3 meetings) and prompt feedback from the CEO.
