Executive Producer

SARATORI is hiring an Executive Producer to manage post-production for a podcast: editing, sound, YouTube packaging, Reels/Shorts, and content queue. Moscow.

Main task: build the process so that after recording an episode, Oleg is almost not involved in operations and receives only the finished result. Responsibilities: - Work with the full-episode editor and provide feedback. - Control sound, music, titles, facts, names, and details. - Prepare YouTube packaging: title, description, timestamps, thumbnail. - Manage Reels makers and approve Reels/Shorts. - Form a daily queue of ready content. - Constantly maintain a reserve of editors and find new ones. - Monitor YouTube, Reels, and Shorts trends.

Looking for a strong person to take on the entire production cycle of the podcast after recording: from full episode editing to YouTube, Reels/Shorts, and final quality control. Main requirement: real experience in video production. Needed: independence, strong watching/observation skills, sense of editing, and ability to manage a creative team. Preferred experience: - in cinema / TV / video production; - on large YouTube channels; - in interview, documentary, or media projects; - as an executive editor / producer. Not a regular SMM manager.
