Executive Producer

SARATORI is looking for an experienced Executive Producer to oversee the full production cycle of a podcast after recording, from editing to YouTube, Reels/Shorts, and final quality control.

Manage the production process for a podcast channel, including working with editors, controlling sound/music/titles/facts, preparing YouTube packaging (titles, descriptions, timestamps, thumbnails), managing Reels/Shorts creators, forming daily content queue, maintaining editor pool, and monitoring trends. Goal: streamline process so the host can focus on recording and receive polished results.

Real experience in video production, preferably in film/TV/video production, large YouTube channels, interview/documentary/media projects, or as an executive editor/producer. Not an SMM manager. Skills: independence, strong viewing experience, editing sense, team management.
