Event Creator (Freelance)

Event agency MV seeks a freelance event creator to develop concepts for B2B events, brand zones, and special projects. Remote, project-based.

We are an event agency MV creating B2B events, brand zones, festival integrations, exhibition stands, corporate events, shows, and special projects for major brands. We are looking for an event creator on a freelance basis to regularly involve in developing new projects and tenders. Who we are looking for: Not just someone who can come up with a beautiful idea or metaphor. We need a creator who understands event marketing and real event mechanics: receives client brief → finds big idea → develops it into a concept → comes up with space, activities, mechanics, and details → understands how it will exist in reality. For example, it could be: concept of a brand zone at a festival; unusual stand for a bank at an exhibition; idea for a corporate event; HR event; special project or BTL activation; concept of a show or interactive zone. It is important to work within real constraints: budget, area, deadlines, brandbook, client tasks, and production capabilities. A big plus if you can not only come up with ideas but also quickly visualize them: create moodboards and references, make sketches/collages, work with AI, or independently assemble the visual part of the concept. Format: Freelance / project work / remote. Geography is not important. We want to find several creators with different styles and experience and regularly give them tasks under real client briefs. To get acquainted, send: short about yourself and your experience specifically in event/experiential/BTL; portfolio — especially projects where you participated in idea development; 2-3 projects with explanation: what was the brief → what you personally came up with → what was ultimately implemented; what you usually deliver after working on a brief: idea/naming/mechanics/script/references/visualization/presentation, etc.; your cost for developing one event concept or your usual pricing format; how much time you typically need to develop a concept after receiving a brief. If you have a strong portfolio in events, we will be glad to meet and try the first project together.

Experience in event/experiential/BTL; ability to work with real constraints (budget, area, deadlines, brandbook); ability to visualize ideas (moodboards, sketches, AI) is a plus.
