Acumatica is seeking an Engineering Team Lead with 7+ years of C#/.NET experience and 2+ years of management experience to lead a cross-functional team of ~10 people. The role is remote from Serbia and involves owning feature delivery, partnering with Product Management, and driving engineering excellence. Responsibilities: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, QA, UX, and analysts (~10 people). Own delivery of product features end-to-end, from discovery to release. Partner with Product Management on roadmap and backlog. Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture. Drive engineering excellence, SDLC processes, and best practices. Ensure product quality, reliability, and performance. Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs to stakeholders. Support hiring, mentoring, and team growth.

7+ years of experience with C# and .NET. 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams. Strong experience with SQL and relational databases. Experience delivering SaaS products. Solid understanding of system design and architecture. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban). Good English for communication with international teams. Ability to work with and improve large existing codebases. Bonus: Experience with ERP, CRM, or other business systems. Experience with DevSecOps and test automation practices. Hands-on experience with TypeScript or frontend technologies.
