JETLYN is looking for a Senior EDW Developer (ETL/ELT) for a remote position in Russia. Salary is 190,000-220,000 RUB per month. The role involves developing data pipelines for a fintech data analysis platform.

We are developing a platform for big data analysis in fintech and are looking for an engineer to help scale our data warehouse. Responsibilities: Data pipeline development: Design and implementation of ETL/ELT processes for loading and transforming data from various sources; Custom transformations: Implementation of complex business logic and non-standard data transformations; Prototyping and data marts: Design and build prototypes, create data marts for analytics and reporting; Optimization and scaling: Analyze performance of existing pipelines, optimize SQL queries and database structures, participate in system scaling; PL/pgSQL development: Write stored procedures, functions, and triggers for PostgreSQL; DWH architecture: Develop data warehouse architecture, analyze and select optimal technologies, methodologies (Data Vault, Inmon, Kimball), and tools; Documentation and knowledge: Create and update knowledge base, technical documentation, and guides for DWH users.

Key competencies ETL elt Data Vault EDW Data Lake Experience in ETL/ELT process development for at least 2-3 years; Solid SQL skills and experience in optimizing complex queries; Experience in PL/pgSQL development (stored procedures, functions, triggers); Understanding of data warehouse design methodologies: Data Vault, EDW, Data Lake; Experience in designing data marts and working with large volumes of data; Understanding of scaling principles and database performance optimization; Skills in documenting solutions and transferring knowledge to the team. Will be an advantage: Experience with orchestration tools: Apache Airflow, Luigi, Dagster; Familiarity with distributed systems: Apache Spark, Hadoop, Kafka; Experience with cloud platforms (Yandex Cloud, S3, ClickHouse, Greenplum); Knowledge of Python/Java for custom transformation development; Experience in implementing Data Quality processes and pipeline monitoring.
