MiniPolis is a new space for children and their ideas, opening in October in Khimki. We are gathering a team of people with a lively interest in childhood: attentive, friendly, curious, and open to new things. We invite you to become part of a team that helps children discover something new every day, explore, communicate, create, and make mistakes. Responsibilities: • Work in a pair with an assistant educator in a group of up to 10 children • Create a friendly atmosphere, help new children adapt • Help children become more independent • Conduct lessons based on ready-made lesson plans, adapting tasks to each child's development level • Conduct daily activities according to the daily routine and schedule • Organize quiet time: create a calm atmosphere, read a fairy tale, help children fall asleep • Approach each child individually, notice interests and initiative, turn interest into a game or exploration • Record micro-achievements, development, new skills, and mood changes of each child in a diary • Work in a pair with the assistant educator: agree on tasks, help them get accustomed • Communicate with parents, provide brief feedback on the child's stay
