AGIMA is looking for a consultant to help build a digital development program around AI for a large client: establish a clear learning architecture, transition managers from isolated tool usage to systematic work, and prepare a portfolio of AI initiatives that can be confidently defended to the CEO. The role requires working with mixed formats, carefully repackaging content, and turning it into live offline sessions for a management audience. Responsibilities: • Design the program architecture and split the learning path into online and offline stages. • Reassemble existing online materials into interactive offline formats for key sessions. • Adapt content for a management audience and make it applicable for work in a corporate environment. • Facilitate and moderate offline meetings so participants reach common decisions and next steps. • Work closely with the internal team and client experts, maintaining a unified program vision. • Consider AI topics and help package initiatives so they are ready for CEO-level discussion.
