Editor for Children's Literature at Voicebook Publishing House. Responsibilities include launching new book directions, approving designs, budgets, and more. Requires 5+ years of experience in publishing, knowledge of the children's literature market, and printing processes. Office-based in Moscow, full-time employment.

Approve projects (we work exclusively with our own product); launch projects, bring new book directions to market, approve publication designs and printing parameters, budgets, cover texts, print runs, prices, participate in promotion events.

Experience in a book publishing house of 5+ years; knowledge of the foreign and Russian children's literature market: assortment, genres, trends; knowledge of printing and editorial processes, ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships; basics of copyright and related rights; independence, responsibility, ability to work in a team, ability to give and receive feedback.

Office (Moscow), full-time employment, employment according to the Labor Code with compensation for sick leave and vacation, salary is discussed with the candidate.
