Editor at Petrocentr, salary 55,000 - 65,000 RUB. Responsibilities include fact-checking, content verification, and coordination with editorial staff. Remote work.

What to do: — Fact-checking in the newspaper "Peterburgsky Dnevnik": dates, names, surnames, positions, titles, numbers, percentages, correctness of calculations, etc. — Checking the relevance of news and events. — Checking graphic materials in the newspaper: schemes, infographics, diagrams, photos. — Checking QR codes and internet links. — Checking the barcode, newspaper number, publication data, announcement. — Ensuring the correct writing and unification of terms, symbols, units of measurement, abbreviations, and uniformity of designations in illustrations and text. — Interaction with managing editors, layout designers, proofreaders, senior art editors, and correspondents. — Organization, maintenance, and timely provision of systematic reporting on activities to the supervisor.

Requirements: — Higher professional education and at least one year of work experience in the field. — Knowledge of regulatory and legal acts of the Russian Federation on media and advertising. — Knowledge of the procedure for preparing information materials for publication and the basics of editorial and publishing work, rules for preparing manuscripts for production, proof sheets for printing, standard proofreading marks and designations, current standards for technical editing. — Proficiency in business communication etiquette, grammar, and style of the Russian language.
