We are looking for an editor who will develop the support knowledge base and help us make complex information understandable — for both Aviasales support staff and clients. Most tasks will be related to the internal knowledge base. We want it to be a single and up-to-date source of information for support: helping to quickly find answers, understand processes, and resolve client requests. Therefore, you will not only write and edit texts but also dive into processes, communicate with experts and internal clients, figure out what information is missing and how best to organize it.
