INHOUSE MEDIA is an SMM agency focused on real estate. It creates social media content for developers and their projects, turning their social networks into media that help buyers learn about advantages and make purchase decisions. Responsibilities: - Edit and proofread posts/articles - Conduct thorough fact-checking - Gather additional facts/materials - Participate in creating clients' social media development strategy - Select tone of voice for clients' social media or work within existing ToV - Create editorial policy for projects - Develop content plan - Come up with content rubrics - Select formats for posts - Work with designers on visual packaging of social media (select texts and meanings for visuals)

Hard skills: - Basic orientation in editing (types of texts, what distinguishes commercial texts) - Basic understanding of social networks (what platforms exist, how posts look, etc.) - Editing and proofreading texts - Understanding of commercial text structure - Thoughtful fact-checking of materials - Finding additional factual material - Developed creative thinking Soft skills: - Ability to meet deadlines - Understanding that toxicity in communication with colleagues is not OK - Ability to formulate and ask questions if something is unclear, contribute proposals and ideas within own competencies - Ability to prioritize tasks, set tasks for oneself and designer, meet deadlines without reminders, make decisions within assigned tasks Nice to have: - Experience as an editor in an SMM agency - Experience as an editor in media - Experience in development/real estate - Education in philology/journalism
