MTS Bank is looking for an experienced editor to join their marketing communications team. Responsibilities include improving processes, writing and editing various texts, and collaborating with different departments. Hybrid work schedule, office near Technopark metro station.

The MTS Bank editorial team focuses on marketing communications: push notifications, newsletters, landing pages, banners, and other in-app advertising. They handle product tasks, write interface texts, and design user-friendly customer journeys. Their goal is to align user interests with business objectives. The role involves high autonomy and opportunities for growth.

Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders (business leaders, analysts, developers, designers, marketers). Skills in organizing work, coordinating colleagues, and improving processes. Deep understanding of complex tasks and ability to deliver high-quality results iteratively. Experience in managing expectations, documenting agreements, and synchronizing understanding of results and timelines. Ability to prioritize tasks and cancel unnecessary ones. Skill in explaining decisions, working with metrics, and understanding that not everything can be measured. Advantage: Experience in fintech or an advertising agency. Advantage: Experience in creative copywriting, developing advertising concepts, and product positioning, with examples to showcase.
