Editor for brand media of a major Russian IT company

ANCOR is looking for an editor for the brand media of one of the largest Russian IT companies. Create content for internal channels, write posts, scripts, and interviews. Hybrid work, official employment.

We run channels for employees in Messenger and the corporate internal social network. In our media, members learn about the company's internal life, events, and benefits. We write event announcements, share bright stories of colleagues, build a large community, and support the culture of a red IT company. We often experiment with formats and joke. Responsibilities: - Come up with and write posts of various formats for social networks. Clarify details and coordinate texts with colleagues. - Place posts in internal media, monitor metrics after publication. - Search for news topics inside the company, propose ideas, formats, and heroes, participate in team brainstorming. - Write scripts, participate in filming and editing, conduct interviews.

Experience as an editor or SMM specialist for at least 3 years. Experience in writing scripts, participation in filming and editing. Ability to write competently and interestingly, edit and argue your position. Ability to quickly dive into tasks, meet agreements and deadlines. Interview skills, collection and analysis of information. Interest in technologies and ability to talk about them clearly and interestingly for different audiences. Creative thinking, sense of humor, knowledge of trends and memes, good taste. Sociability and initiative. Will be a plus: using neural networks in work without losing quality.

Official employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. 28 calendar days of vacation, sick leave. Market salary - discussed at the interview. Corporate equipment.
