Operations Manager for an online store (medical products) is sought for a remote position. Responsibilities include order management, 3PL fulfillment coordination, customer inquiries, returns processing, and reporting. Requires 2-5 years of experience in online order operations, CRM (Bitrix24), and warehouse management systems.

The e-commerce team (medical products) is looking for an operations manager who is ready to build processes from scratch and turn orders into shipped packages. This is systematic work with internal processes, not active sales or working solely with marketplaces. Responsibilities: — Order management: managing 3 deal funnels in Bitrix24 — Coordination of 3PL fulfillment, control of order assembly SLA at the warehouse — Processing incoming customer inquiries about order statuses — Handling customer returns from approval in MoySklad to fund reimbursement — Compiling reports in Excel/Google Sheets for the manager (reporting to the Commercial Director)

What is important to us: — Experience in operational work with online orders from 2 to 5 years — Confident work with CRM (Bitrix24) and warehouse accounting systems (MoySklad, 1C) — Practical experience coordinating with 3PL warehouses — Proficiency in spreadsheets Important details: — Experience in pharmaceuticals will be your advantage — This role will not suit you if your experience is solely related to marketplaces (Ozon/WB) or active cold sales — We value CRM proficiency and the ability to act independently — Willingness to propose solutions when processes fail, not to panic

— Fully remote work (from Russia or CIS) — Full-time employment, 5/2 schedule according to Moscow time — Payment from 80,000 rubles net — Employment: Sole Proprietor / Civil Law Contract / Labor Contract
