Create special projects that balance aesthetics, business value, user interest, and convenience. Generate ideas, make decisions, and support them with arguments. Collaborate with the development team, designers, analysts, and marketing.

Ability to work with composition, understanding of typography and color theory. Deep understanding of web and UI patterns, designing logical and user-friendly interfaces while maintaining a unique style. Stay updated on design trends and develop visual awareness. Ability to justify your decisions and share your design vision and feel with the team. Ability to organize your work, estimate tasks, and meet deadlines. It will be a significant plus if you can and love to draw by hand, are interested in 3D graphics, and are immersed in the sports agenda.
