Distribution Center Manager

Manage a large automated distribution center for a stable federal company, overseeing warehouse operations and staff in Balashikha, Moscow Oblast.

Responsibilities: - Organize and manage operational activities of the distribution center - Control the full cycle of warehouse processes: receiving, storage, picking, and shipping - Ensure uninterrupted operation of warehouse equipment, conveyor lines, and automated sorting systems - Arrange timely deliveries to retail network, processing of online orders and marketplace orders - Manage personnel, develop department heads, and monitor team performance - Plan and control budget, payroll, and operating costs - Monitor key performance indicators (OTIF, productivity, quality of shipments) - Optimize warehouse processes and improve operational efficiency

Requirements: - Higher education - Mandatory experience managing Class A distribution centers with automated warehouse systems, conveyor lines, and sorting equipment - Knowledge of warehouse processes and technologies - Experience managing large teams, including outsourced personnel - Experience in budgeting and managing operational metrics - Developed management and communication skills, initiative, result orientation
