Create a Corporate University from scratch. Key tasks: - Develop training and development strategy - Launch programs for mass personnel, line managers, talent pool - Implement 360° assessment and assessment centers - Integrate training into the Performance Review cycle - Manage internal communications department (portal, awards, merch, events)

- Experience creating a Corporate University / L&D in a company with 5,000+ employees — mandatory - Budgets in millions of rubles per year - Experience in a multi-industry business - Managerial experience (team of 5+ people)
