Director of Regional Center at IT Hub T-Bank (ex. Tinkoff)

T-Bank's IT hub in Saint Petersburg seeks a Director to transform it into a self-sufficient regional platform, driving cross-functional integration and business strategy.

The T-Bank hub is a strategic regional platform of the group. The team is developing the hub as a full-fledged center of product and technological expertise with the ambition to become the company's second headquarters. You will transform it from an IT center into a self-sufficient regional platform with strong cross-functional integration and influence on the business strategy of the entire group. You will also initiate and implement changes in the region aimed at improving the efficiency of processes, infrastructure, and team interaction, identify and scale successful practices to the regional platform level, adapt and implement technological initiatives of the company in the region, and participate in launching pilots and new programs.
