Director of Operations Strategy at Divergence VC. Salary: $100k - $140k. Seeking an operational leader to manage daily processes and lead strategic initiatives within the fund. Requires 3-5 years in ops/strategy/project management and at least 3 years in crypto/Web3.

We are looking for an operational leader who will help manage the fund's daily processes and lead strategic initiatives. Areas of responsibility: the operational rhythm of the team (planning, prioritization, follow-ups), building and improving processes/systems (documentation, KPIs, workflow), coordinating external contractors (legal/finance/tools), supporting portfolio projects (onboarding, reporting, operational templates) and special projects (market mapping, ecosystem initiatives, events/community).

3-5 years of general experience in ops/strategy/project management (startup, VC, consulting, fintech or product company), where you built processes, conducted several projects in parallel and were responsible for the end-to-end result. At least 3 years in crypto/Web3 (protocol/DeFi, exchange, infra, crypto VC, or an operational role in a Web3 startup) with an understanding of the market, players and mechanics (tokenomics/DeFi/infra at the job level, not “interested"). Preferably: experience in fund ops / investor ops / portfolio ops, contractor management (legal, accounting), working with CRM/spreadsheets and regular reporting.
