Director of Marketing (CMO)

Full-time remote CMO for Accent Reduction Academy, an LA-based American accent school. Develop strategy, manage launches, marketing channels, and analytics. Salary based on profit share (250,000–1,000,000 RUB equivalent).

Accent Reduction Academy is a school of American accent and pronunciation from Los Angeles. Methodology based on training at an American acting college with Hollywood accent coaches. Responsibilities: • Strategy and growth: develop marketing strategy and quarterly/yearly growth plan; positioning and packaging products for different segments; prepare international expansion in 2027 (market analysis, offer localization, English channels). • Producing launches: plan and run launches; warm-ups, content plan, webinars/livestreams, offers, deadlines; develop new products and formats with the founder. • Funnel and channels: manage funnel (Instagram, Telegram bot sales); develop channels (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, email); control content (messages, sections, funnel distribution); lead magnets (Accent Clarity Diagnostic) and chatbot segmentation. • Traffic: launch and optimize paid ads (Meta Ads etc.); work with bloggers, collaborations, partnerships. • Sales: build sales system and scripts; control conversion at each stage from lead to payment. • Team: assign tasks and oversee SMM, video editor, designer, assistant. • Analytics: end-to-end analytics (CAC, conversions, LTV, ROMI); weekly metric reports and data-driven decisions.

• At least 2 years experience in marketing/producing online schools or info products. • Launch cases with numbers. • Understanding of funnels, traffic, and analytics. • English sufficient for international market and accent business. • Entrepreneurial mindset. • Initiative and proactivity. • Bonus: experience with English-speaking market, EdTech experience.
