Responsibilities: – Develop marketing strategy, annual plan and brand positioning – Control brand perception in the market and relevance of positioning – Participate in pricing and product formation — influence project value, not just support sales – Synchronize marketing and sales, develop strategic integrations and partnerships – Manage marketing team, budget and key contractors – Analyze competitors and market, conduct reputational communications

– Experience managing marketing in the premium segment — understanding how brand affects value – Ability to connect brand, commerce and product into a unified strategy – Built teams and processes, not only managed existing ones – High level of exposure, understanding of status and premium service – Nice to have: experience in development, luxury hospitality or private banking

– Location: Sochi / Remote – Fixed salary + KPI + bonus tied to commercial results – Direct interaction with the owner.
