Director of Fundraising

Director of Fundraising at ORBI Stroke Foundation. Salary from 130,000 RUB/month. Lead fundraising strategy, manage team, develop corporate partnerships and donor relations.

ORBI Stroke Foundation is the first specialized foundation in Russia providing comprehensive support to people after stroke and their families, supporting medical institutions, and conducting awareness campaigns. Mission: reduce stroke incidence and ensure everyone affected receives necessary help. Responsibilities: - Meet the financial plan targets, analyze results and make data-driven decisions; - Develop key fundraising areas: corporate partnerships, private and major private donations, recurring donations, special projects and events; - Find new channels and mechanisms to attract funds, test hypotheses and evaluate effectiveness; - Lead the fundraising team: set goals and priorities, develop employees, help achieve results; - Represent the foundation at meetings, events and in professional community.

We seek a person who: - Has 3+ years of experience in fundraising, business development or partnerships, including team management and responsibility for financial results; - Has experience attracting and developing major corporate partners and/or private donors; - Works well with numbers: plans revenues, evaluates channel effectiveness, manages budget; - Sets clear tasks, defines priorities, gives employees sufficient autonomy; - Formulates and presents ideas clearly, finds win-win solutions. Experience in charity is an advantage but not required. Candidates with strong commercial experience in business development, partnerships, marketing, client relations are welcome.
