Open vacancy: Director-Editor for a large and successfully developing YouTube channel. Full-time, WITHOUT combining with other projects and side jobs. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented director-editor who can professionally work with neural networks for creating characters and content, as well as for creating dynamic infographics for our YouTube channel. It is important for us that characters in videos have character and emotions, and their speech is lively and expressive (therefore standard AI avatars like Heygen etc. with monotonous delivery do not suit us). Main responsibilities: - Generation of video and speech of characters strictly according to the finished script using AI tools. - Professional editing of generated material: creating high-quality, seamless cuts to achieve the effect of shooting "in one take". - Speech quality control: setting correct pauses, accents, and working on intonation. - Timely making edits on characters during production. - Development and creation of high-quality animated infographics (motion animation) for YouTube videos. - Strict adherence to all deadlines in production. - Work in pairs with an experienced specialist-curator, completing assigned tasks. - Full and direct participation in all discussions, bringing new ideas and creativity, as well as ideas aimed at continuous improvement of product quality are mandatory conditions. We are looking not just for an executor, we are looking for a like-minded person!

- Confident proficiency in AI generation tools: Google Cloud VEO, Sync.so, ElevenLabs, etc. - Professional proficiency in specialized software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, etc. - Understanding of principles of working with expressive speech and facial expressions, ability to achieve realism from generated material, experience with prompts. - Relevant experience in motion design and infographics creation. - Creative approach, perseverance, and attention to small details.

Income level: HIGH, amount discussed individually based on interview results. Work schedule: Full-time without combining, Monday–Saturday, 09:00–18:00 MSK.
