Director / Creative Director of Mini-Dramas

Full-time director for vertical mini-dramas, leading projects from script to editing and sound design. Salary negotiable.

We are looking for a director for vertical mini-dramas. Example format: https://www.reelshort.com/ru We need a person with a strong sense of story, characters, emotions, and visual storytelling, who can lead the project from script and storyboard to editing and sound design. Tasks: • Adapt ready scripts to the director's vision and vertical format specifics. • Create director's storyboards: shots, composition, dynamics, emotions, and scene rhythm. • Review video material and give the team specific edits. • Control editing, dramaturgy, tempo, and emotional accents of episodes. • Provide feedback on sound design, music, characters, and other visual materials. • Participate in creating visual packaging of series, including covers. • Maintain a unified director's logic and emotional tone of the project.

• Experience in directing, storyboarding, editing, or visual storytelling. • Understanding of short-form dramaturgy: conflict, attention retention, emotional climaxes. • Good sense of frame, composition, rhythm, and emotions. • Ability to give clear and applicable feedback. • Well-versed in cinema, series, vertical drama, and digital content. • Interest in romantic stories and understanding of genre tropes and audience expectations. • A plus: familiarity with romance novels and romantic web novels.
