Digital Marketer / Internet Marketer (SMM, Advertising, Lead Generation)

A beauty salon chain SORBETTO in Moscow seeks a strong marketer to lead comprehensive brand promotion: digital strategy, paid ads, SMM, SEO, lead generation, and marketing analytics.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement the marketing strategy for the salon chain. - Set up and optimize Yandex Direct, VK Ads, and other advertising channels. - Ensure a stable flow of targeted leads and new clients. - Manage and develop Instagram, Telegram, VKontakte, and other platforms. - Create content plans, creatives, posts, stories, Reels. - Promote and optimize salon cards in Yandex Maps and 2GIS. - Handle SEO promotion and website development. - Develop promotions, special offers, advertising campaigns, and client return programs. - Create design for advertising materials, banners, leaflets, certificates, and other print products. - Work with the client base, CRM marketing, and email campaigns. - Analyze the effectiveness of advertising channels, cost per lead, per booking, and client acquisition, ROMI. - Search for and test new ways to attract and retain clients.

Requirements: - Experience in digital marketing. - Hands-on experience in setting up and managing paid advertising. - Proficiency in design tools and content creation. - Understanding of SEO, SMM, lead generation, and marketing analytics. - Ability to plan work independently and manage advertising budgets. - Experience promoting beauty salons or other local services is a plus. - A portfolio of successful cases with concrete results.
