Digital Marketer

Digital Marketer needed in Minsk for ElitePartner: content creation, SMM, retail support, and site maintenance. Full-time, on-site.

Tasks: • Content creation: photos and videos (Reels, Shorts, food shooting, unboxings) for brands and private labels. • Media bank and design: managing the source packaging library, preparing presentations, catalogs, and promo materials. • SMM and promotion: managing Instagram, working with bloggers, cross-marketing, integrating packaging into SMM. • Working with retail (private label): content for retail chains, monitoring mentions, handling comments. • Website support: content management (product cards, media, SEO texts), updating information.

Requirements: • Education: higher education OR 3+ years of experience with portfolio and successful cases. • Personal qualities: initiative, independence, responsibility. • Experience and skills: • Managing social media, developing content plans and strategies. • Experience in food photography/videography, basic CorelDRAW/Illustrator is a plus. • Working with influencers, basic SEO. • Additional advantages: • Experience in digital/SMM, project portfolio.

Conditions: • Official employment per Labor Code of Belarus (contract). • Timely salary twice a month (salary and advance).
