Senior DevOps/SRE position at Spice IT, focusing on CI/CD, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and container orchestration. Remote work, salary in EUR.

Responsibilities: - Communication and DevOps culture: interaction with development and testing teams, promotion of best DevOps practices; - Continuous improvement: implementation and support of CI/CD pipelines, search for opportunities to optimize and automate processes; - Ensuring availability and performance: administration of servers and virtual machines on Debian, configuration of load balancers, DDoS protection, work with virtualization (Proxmox VE); - Network and infrastructure tasks: network configuration, DNS administration, optimization of routing, load balancing, ensuring fault tolerance; - Automation and IaC tools: development and support of infrastructure using Ansible, Terraform; - Monitoring and incidents: setting up monitoring and alerting systems (Grafana, Victoria Metrics, Opsgenie), log analysis and troubleshooting; - Containerization and orchestration: confident work with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, including deploying clusters from scratch on own servers. Understanding of k8s networking. - Data work: configuration and optimization of HA solutions for Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ClickHouse; - Process automation: development of scripts in Python/Golang for infrastructure automation.

Requirements: - Work experience: at least 5 years in a relevant role; - Monitoring: setup and work with Prometheus, Victoria Metrics, Grafana, ELK Stack tools; - Queue systems: practical experience with Kafka and RabbitMQ; - Server and hardware knowledge: experience with bare-metal; - Troubleshooting skills: confident problem-solving on production servers running Debian/Ubuntu; - Virtualization: practical experience with QEMU KVM, libvirtd hypervisors and Proxmox VE platform; - Network technologies: knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, L2 and L3 network operations, routing configuration, IPTables and VPN; - Web servers: experience configuring and working with Nginx; - Containerization and orchestration: confident work with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, including deploying clusters from scratch on own servers. Understanding of k8s networking. - Infrastructure as Code: understanding and experience using Ansible, Terraform and other tools; - CI/CD: knowledge and experience with GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Flux; - Databases: experience with PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Redis, MongoDB, MySQL and ClickHouse. Will be a plus: - Experience with cloud platforms AWS and GCP; - Programming skills in Python or Golang.
