DevOps Senior position at Federal Medical-Biological Agency in Moscow. Salary: 350,000 - 400,000 net. Full-time, hybrid format. Focus on scientific research, human genome, and data analysis.

The Federal Medical-Biological Agency's CSP is involved in scientific research related to the human genome and the analysis of obtained data. The development team creates internal services for automating the movement, processing, and distributed storage of large volumes of data.

Strong knowledge of Linux (Debian/Ubuntu), networks, containerization; Experience deploying and operating production Kubernetes clusters; Experience with automation tools (ansible, terraform); Experience using GitOps tools (FluxCD, ArgoCD); Experience with monitoring systems: Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, Sentry; Understanding of processes and experience with CI/CD tools (gitlab ci). Important: Completed higher education, Russian citizenship.
