DevOps / Platform Engineer (Go) at DevCasi, Cyprus. Full-time, office. Salary 3500-5500 EUR. iGaming sector.

Direct work with CTO: architectural and operational infrastructure tasks. Support and development of Kubernetes clusters: ArgoCD, Helm, GitLab CI/CD. Writing Go code: internal utilities and CLI, metric exporters, operators and helpers for the platform, edits in monorepo services. Infrastructure as code — OpenTofu, Ansible. Network: routing, VPN, DNS, TLS, ingress, firewall, segmentation. Docker / docker compose — local and staging environments for developers. First line incident response: alert triage, escalation, postmortems. Basic service administration — access, email, admin panels.

Experience in iGaming. Kubernetes in production — not just 'ran minikube', but on-call and fixing. GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, understanding GitOps approach. Networking — TCP/IP, DNS, NAT, VPN, TLS; ability to read tcpdump without panic. Docker, docker compose. Ansible, OpenTofu (or Terraform). Linux at confident administration level. Grafana and alerting — dashboards, metrics and logs, setting alert rules, working with Prometheus / Loki / Alloy. Collecting metrics from services in Kubernetes — exporters and sidecars, ServiceMonitor / scrape configs, wrapping applications with metrics, RED/USE approach to dashboards. Kafka and NATS — not just 'configure', but understand delivery semantics, consumer groups, lag. Highload and fintech experience — payment integrations, money, reliability requirements. Willingness to join incidents outside standard hours. English — documentation and correspondence. Nice to have: Go — ability to write and maintain code, not just read: utilities, exporters, service edits.
