DevOps Engineer (Banking Project)

Banking project seeks DevOps Engineer for uninterrupted operation of a global generative AI project. Remote across Russia. Salary: 370,000-460,000 RUB gross per month (before taxes).

Project: banking project ensuring uninterrupted operation of a global generative AI initiative. Responsibilities: 1. Functional and system support of banking software. 2. Support and development of banking software infrastructure. 3. Ensuring availability of automated banking processes. 4. Technical support for users and clients. 5. Accumulating and transferring technical expertise on IT system architecture and business processes. 6. Developing the bank's software and infrastructure landscape. 7. Implementing business pilot projects.

Linux server administration at administrator level. Knowledge of microservice architecture and containerization: Docker, containerd. Advanced skills with Kubernetes, Helm, Kafka. Understanding of CI/CD processes. Understanding of IaC principles. Advanced skills with Ansible, Terraform, Terragrunt. Understanding of Observability principles. Advanced skills with ELK/EFK, OpenSearch, Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics. Experience with cloud providers, e.g. AWS, Yandex Cloud. DBMS administration: Redis, MongoDB. Programming skills, e.g. Python, Go, Java, JavaScript. Important: Kubernetes (not managed), PostgreSQL/Patroni, Redis, Ansible, VictoriaMetrics/Prometheus, ELK/OpenSearch. Nice to have: Istio, MongoDB, MinIO, ClickHouse, Qdrant, Nebula, LiteLLM, working with LLM models, inference, etc. Education: higher technical degree. Experience: 3+ years.
