DevOps Engineer at Pro-Test.Studio (outstaff). Salary: 230000-250000 RUB/month. Remote, full-time, project-based. Focus on IaC, automation, CI/CD, and Kubernetes.

Project: The company helps clients from various industries launch breakthrough projects and products. Main tasks: - Working with Infrastructure as Code (IaC): developing Terraform modules and managing state files in a team environment; - Automating processes using Ansible (writing roles) - including configuring bare-metal servers; - Programming in scripting languages (Bash, Python, Go) for task automation and developing Kubernetes operators; - Building monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager) using RED/USE metrics; - Configuring centralized logging based on the ELK/EFK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Fluentbit/Fluentd) or VictoriaMetrics.

Proficiency in GitLab CI/CD (developing complex reusable pipelines) or experience with Jenkins (supporting legacy systems); Experience implementing GitOps methodology (ArgoCD/FluxCD) for Kubernetes configuration management; Skills in working with Helm: creating custom charts and managing their dependencies; Understanding of the network stack (TCP/IP, DNS, L4/L7 load balancing, BGP).
