AI Healthcare startup builds AI products in medicine: a B2B platform for monitoring employee health at industrial facilities and a B2C personal AI doctor service. The team is looking for a DevOps engineer to bring order to the infrastructure and reduce dependence on external contractors. Key tasks: - Develop Kubernetes infrastructure and related services. - Build and improve CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions). - Implement monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Graylog. - Infrastructure as Code: Ansible, Terraform, Puppet. - Container security: image scanning, K8s hardening. - Access management: Keycloak, LDAP integration. - Compliance for medical data: anonymization, API audit, SIEM for K8s. - Automation in Python, Bash, Go. - Ensure compliance with 152-FZ, FSTEC orders No. 17 and No. 21. Start priorities: Set up fault-tolerant Kubernetes, streamline CI/CD, implement monitoring, gather undocumented knowledge, and reduce risks of contractor dependence.

Important: autonomy, maturity, high ownership. Need to enter a complex environment, understand it, and methodically bring it to order. Infrastructure security is an integral part of the work. 3+ years in DevOps or infrastructure role. Confident Linux; basic Windows / PowerShell; experience with Astra Linux, RedOS. Automation in Python and Bash; understanding of Go at the level of working with the stack. Docker (multistage, compose), Kubernetes (deployment from scratch, RBAC, HA, Helm, ArgoCD). Experience with PV/PVC, Longhorn, GlusterFS, and databases in K8s: MongoDB, ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, Redis, MinIO. CI/CD with DevSecOps practices (GitLab, GitHub, SCA, SAST, DAST). Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, fluent-bit. Understanding of RED and USE Observability. Networking fundamentals, experience with closed networks and isolated environments.
