DevOps Engineer

DevOps Engineer at LENKEP, an international FinTech project in high-risk iGaming, betting, crypto, and Forex. Remote outside RF/RB, possible business trips to Cyprus. Full-time, $5–7k gross.

International FinTech project in high-risk segment: iGaming, betting, crypto and Forex. The company operates on a PSP-to-PSP model and develops its own payment infrastructure for international markets. Responsibilities: • Build and develop the project's infrastructure from scratch. • Be responsible for architecture, Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC, monitoring, and fault tolerance. • Set up infrastructure for high-load services and ensure security. • Work with blockchain nodes / crypto infrastructure. • Interact with development, CTO, and Compliance/Security teams.

• 5+ years of commercial experience in DevOps/SRE. • Mandatory experience with crypto/fiat payments. • Experience building infrastructure from scratch. • Strong Kubernetes + Terraform/Ansible. • Understanding of networking, security, and high-load. • English for working with documentation and international contractors. Nice to have: • Practical experience with blockchain nodes. • Experience participating in regulatory/audit processes (RPAA, PCI DSS, ISO 27001). • Experience operating self-hosted crypto wallets/processing solutions.
