DevOps Engineer (Remote, Eastern Europe / UK, CET hours) for building and operating production-grade infrastructure for international clients. Own end-to-end delivery for live global projects.

We build and operate production-grade infrastructure for demanding international clients. You’ll own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of live global projects — with real influence over architecture, tooling, and reliability. What you’ll do: - Build and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines and Argo CD (GitOps) workflows - Provision and manage multi-environment cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, Hetzner) - Operate and scale production Kubernetes clusters - Respond to incidents as part of on-call rotation (including outside core hours)

3+ years in DevOps/SRE roles with live production systems Strong hands-on experience: Kubernetes, Terraform, Linux, Docker, Python/Bash Proficiency with GCP/AWS, Helm, External Secrets Operator, Harbor Experience in multi-project or multi-client environments Ability to troubleshoot under pressure in high-stakes scenarios Strong written English + async collaboration in distributed teams Security-first mindset and sound judgment with incomplete information Nice to have: - Istio or service mesh experience - Bare-metal Kubernetes platforms (Cloudfleet, Syself) - Supply chain security tools (SBOM, SCA)
