Remote developer (Middle/Junior+) needed to create and support internal tools, automate routine processes, and prototype ideas. Flexible work hours and performance-based bonuses. Salary from $1100 up to $4000.

Develop and maintain internal tools: - Small applications for real business needs - Admin panels, utilities for the team Automate routine processes: - Integrations with external APIs - Scripts, bots, parsers Sometimes prototype ideas with quick MVPs: - Build a working version in 2-7 days - Improve based on feedback Deal with bugs and improve existing tools.

Ability to complete tasks: not just start coding, but bring to the state where users actually use it. Can take on a task, ask clarifying questions, and then independently move it to completion. Not afraid to learn a new library/API/service if needed for the task. Experience working in small teams/startups or pet projects that you have completed is a plus.

Format: remote. Employment: full-time or part-time can be discussed. Payment: initially from $1100, but can reach $4000 upon task completion. No endless calls and bureaucracy - communicate on business.
