Senior Java Developer at Art-Fintech. Develop, implement, and maintain Java 8/11 solutions. Remote, full-time, 5/2. Salary up to 300k RUB net.

Develop, implement, and maintain solutions in Java 8/11 using free-open-source (FOS) packages. Design services, software interfaces, and integration methods with external systems. Participate in system architecture development, select the technology stack based on software requirements. Optimize developed solutions, improve performance and reliability metrics. Participate in task planning, decomposition, and estimation. Assist in team management, coordinate and consult colleagues, perform technical control. Participate in the development of development infrastructure, create and update CI/CD processes.

Citizenship and location in the Russian Federation. At least five years of Java development experience, including creating distributed and high-load systems. Excellent knowledge of Java 8+ and standard library packages. Skills in Spring Framework and Spring Boot development. Experience with DBMS for data management, ability to write complex SQL queries. Fluent in Git and Apache Maven tools; experience in team development in a continuous integration environment. Excellent knowledge of OOP principles, ability to reasonably apply patterns (GRASP, GoF etc.). Understanding of the full development cycle. Technical English, at the level of reading documentation. Experience working in Linux, command-line proficiency. Understanding of containerization and orchestration technology. Experience developing integration tests using Docker and Testcontainers. Experience using Gitlab CI, Nexus 3, and Docker for CI/CD. Skills in deploying and configuring services in Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters. Experience with messaging technologies (JMS, ActiveMQ Artemis). Practical use of AI: Ability to apply AI tools to accelerate development, e.g., for generating boilerplate code, tests, and DTOs. Using AI as an assistant for refactoring and finding alternative solutions, with mandatory manual verification of the result. Ability to write effective AI prompts and formulate task context to obtain useful results. Skill in applying AI within corporate security and data non-disclosure rules. Experience with AI-assisted development tools, e.g., Cline, Kilo.
