Designer, Web, Presence & Platform

Stripe is hiring a Designer to shape its most visible web surfaces. 2–4 years of design experience, strong portfolio, and Figma skills required. Work on product, industry, and solution landing pages.

As a Designer on the Presence team, you will contribute to the strategy and execution of Stripe’s most visible web surfaces. You will design new product pages, evolve storytelling for specific industries or audiences, and refine reusable patterns that make it easier to scale exceptional work across stripe.com. This is a high-impact role for a thoughtful, collaborative designer who deeply values visual craft, user clarity, and iteration. Your work will directly shape how millions of users understand Stripe, and help convert interest into action across a range of audiences—from founders to enterprise CTOs. Responsibilities: — Design new and improved experiences across stripe.com, including product, industry, and solution landing pages — Collaborate with engineers, PMMs, and content designers to define problems, explore solutions, and bring them to life — Partner with other designers to maintain and evolve systems that uphold Stripe’s design standards at scale — Balance storytelling with usability to create pages that are engaging, credible, and easy to navigate — Use user research, user testing, and data to guide and validate your decisions — Participate in critique and feedback sessions, contributing to the overall quality bar of the team — Demonstrate a meticulous attention to craft—ensuring designs are not only functional, but visually excellent

Minimum requirements: — 2–4 years of relevant design experience, ideally in web or product marketing contexts — A strong portfolio of web design work that demonstrates exceptional visual design skills, systems thinking, and attention to detail — Ability to independently scope and lead small to medium-sized projects — Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset — Fluency in layout, typography, color, hierarchy, and interaction fundamentals — Comfortable using Figma and working in component-based systems — Experience working on CMS-driven websites and modular systems Preferred qualifications: — Familiarity with front-end development workflows or an ability to speak fluently with engineers — Understanding of web performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices — Experience designing for international audiences or multilingual websites — Previous experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
