Designer at Rostelecom. Responsibilities include developing and supporting visual resources and interfaces for websites and mobile applications, creating content and marketing materials, and working in cross-functional teams. Requires 3+ years of UX/UI design experience.

Development and support of visual resources and interfaces: — Creation and maintenance of the X.Technologies website, ensuring modern design, user-friendliness (usability), and up-to-date content. — Designing page structures, developing user scenarios and interface states to ensure a clear and logical user journey. — Creating design materials and interfaces for web and mobile using software tools: working with Figma: assembling components, setting up autolayouts, creating adaptive interfaces and clickable prototypes. Working on the Tilda platform - layout of interfaces in Zero blocks to implement mockups and prototypes. Content and marketing support: — Development of visual and semantic content for events, presentations, and marketing materials, as well as the company's Telegram channel. — Creation of advertising creatives within the unified visual style and brand book of X.Technologies. — Building landing pages and interfaces for events to increase engagement. Interaction and development: — Working in cross-functional teams to implement projects. — Ensuring design solutions comply with the brand book and current trends. — Preparing infographics for reporting materials. — Continuous professional development and learning new tools.

— Higher education in design, information technology, cognitive or related sciences. — At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, with preferred experience in creating digital solutions for web platforms and internet services. — Ability to develop and implement design interfaces considering user logic and metrics to improve user experience efficiency. — Practical experience in creating landing pages, corporate websites, and internal pages, including working with rapid prototyping and layout platforms such as Tilda, Figma, Adobe XD. — Skills in designing interfaces considering psychological aspects of user perception and decision-making. — Preferably, relevant professional courses or certificates.
